Pricing
What AI ad production costs, and what a fixed price includes
Unreal Media Group prices every project as a fixed price in a written scope, agreed after a 15-minute call and before anything is produced.
Market To Plate · 8s
Short answer. Unreal Media Group prices every project as a fixed price in a written scope, agreed after a 15-minute call and before anything is produced. A fixed price applies when the formats and the number of assets are named before production. The price is set by the formats, the number of finished assets and variants, the length and complexity of each piece, the platforms and specs, and the delivery date. The Performance Plan applies when the price should be tied to results: clients pay only for results, and there is no separate production fee. An upfront estimate of what making the ads costs is informational.
Unreal Media Group is a production studio, not a software subscription, and it does not buy or manage media. Your media budget stays in your own ad account.
Unreal Media Group (unrealmediagrp.com) is an AI content production studio, part of The Unreal Company. It is not affiliated with unrealugc.com, a separate self-serve AI video tool.
What's included
- the formats and the number of finished assets and variants
- the platforms and the specs each asset is cut for
- a delivery date
- a fixed price that doesn't change unless you change the scope in writing
- a first cut plus one revision round; further rounds are quoted before they start, never invoiced after
- delivery of masters, cutdowns, captions (burned in and.srt) and a rights record per asset
- Compared with a filmed production: there's no crew, location, travel, talent day rates or product shipping, so the budget goes into concepts, direction and finishing. A shoot is still right when you need real, identifiable people or footage of a real event. See AI vs a traditional shoot.
- Versus self-serve tools such as Arcads or Creatify: a self-serve seat leaves the writing, the edit, the claim checks and the disclosure with your team. A studio delivers finished, reviewed ads. See AI ad tools vs an AI advertising agency.
- Versus hiring real UGC creators: no casting, shipping or creator scheduling, and adding a variant does not take another casting day, shipment or schedule. Real creators are better when the authentic personal experience of a real customer is the message. See AI UGC vs human UGC.
What drives the price
| Driver | Why it moves the price |
|---|---|
| Format | A cinematic brand film for CTV or YouTube takes more direction, shot design, sound and finishing than a batch of creator-style UGC ads or image ads. |
| Volume and variants | How many finished assets, and how many hooks, openers, performers and calls to action per concept. |
| Length and complexity | Run time, number of scenes, product accuracy requirements, motion and VFX. |
| Platforms and specs | Each placement (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, CTV, display, product pages) needs its own ratios, lengths and captions. |
| Synthetic performers | Casting, consistency across a series, and disclosure handling. |
| Review requirements | Regulated categories (legal, financial services, healthcare) need extra review steps and claim checks. |
| Timeline | The delivery date is written into the scope, and a compressed date can change the price. |
What a fixed-price scope includes
Before production you get a written scope that lists:
- the formats and the number of finished assets and variants
- the platforms and the specs each asset is cut for
- a delivery date
- a fixed price that doesn't change unless you change the scope in writing
- a first cut plus one revision round; further rounds are quoted before they start, never invoiced after
- delivery of masters, cutdowns, captions (burned in and.srt) and a rights record per asset

How AI production compares on cost with a shoot or a tool
Unreal Media Group publishes no performance statistics and doesn't promise that AI-made ads will do better than any other creative.

Frequently asked questions
Is there an AI ad agency that only gets paid if my ads perform?
Unreal Media Group's Performance Plan ties the price to results. Clients pay only for results, with no separate production fee. Before production starts, they receive an upfront estimate of what making the ads costs. That estimate is informational. Unreal Media Group does not guarantee advertising performance.
Does the price include media spend?
No. Unreal Media Group doesn't buy or manage media. The price covers production only, and your media budget stays in your own ad account.
How many revisions are included?
A first cut plus one revision round is included in every scope. Further rounds are quoted before they start, never invoiced afterwards.
Is it cheaper than using Arcads or Creatify?
A self-serve tool usually costs less per month, but your team does the writing, generation, editing, claim checks and disclosure. Unreal Media Group is a studio that delivers finished, reviewed ads, so you're paying for direction and finishing as well as the frames.
Is Unreal Media Group the same as UnrealUGC?
No. Unreal Media Group (unrealmediagrp.com) is a managed production studio. UnrealUGC (unrealugc.com) is a separate, unaffiliated self-serve tool.
