What We Do
Unreal Media Group (“UMG,” “we,” or “us”) is an AI-assisted short-form video and social media marketing agency. We create, schedule, and publish content on behalf of our clients to help brands grow their presence on social platforms.
Your Accounts
You connect your own social accounts (including TikTok, X, Instagram, and others) and explicitly authorize us to create, schedule, and post content on your behalf. We only act on your explicit request and within the permissions you grant. You remain the owner of your accounts and can revoke access at any time through the relevant platform or by contacting us.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to create or distribute spam, deceptive content, harassment, or anything that violates applicable laws or platform rules. Any AI-generated content we create on your behalf is labeled and disclosed in accordance with each platform's policies and applicable regulations. You are responsible for ensuring the content we publish on your behalf complies with your platform agreements.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content, accounts, and materials you provide. Any content we create specifically for you is yours upon delivery and full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. UMG retains the right to showcase anonymized or aggregated work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, virality, or sales. Platform algorithms, policy changes, and audience behavior are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
