Build the future of brand content.
Unreal Media Group is an AI content production studio combining creative direction, production systems, and human review. This page describes how the studio works; it does not advertise an open role.
The principles we value
Ship carefully, review honestly
Small batches, honest reviews, and a named owner for every piece that ships.
Craft is non-negotiable
AI gives us volume; taste makes it work. Every frame we ship is held to a high creative bar.
Distributed by design
We collaborate remotely instead of requiring one office location.
The work matters
We measure the work against the approved brief and available campaign evidence, not the hours we bill.
Teams we collaborate across
Creative & Production
Creative directors, editors, motion designers, and producers who turn briefs into scroll-stopping work.
AI & Engineering
ML and product engineers building the creator pipeline, internal tooling, and quality systems.
Growth & Partnerships
Strategists and account leads who own client communication and report against approved goals and available evidence.
Don't see your exact role?
We are not currently advertising an open role. General career inquiries may be sent for future consideration without any promise of review or response.
General career inquiryWhat gets read
Work, first. A reel, a folder of frames, a repository, a campaign you owned end to end. A CV without work attached tells us almost nothing about whether you can do this. If the work is under NDA, describe the problem and your part in it.
How the conversation runs
A first call about what you have made and what you want to make next. Then a paid exercise scoped to a few hours, on a brief close to real work, never spec work we would otherwise commission. Then a conversation with the people you would work beside.
What we are usually short of
Editors and motion designers who can hold a brand's look across a batch, producers who can run a schedule against an approved scope, and engineers who have shipped generation pipelines rather than only prompted them.
We are a distributed studio and we hire that way. There is no advertised role on this page right now, and we would rather say so than list one that does not exist.
