Privacy

LAST UPDATED: AUG 19, 2026

We collect only what the work requires: brief details, contact information, and anything you choose to share to inform the work: brand guidelines, past creative, customer feedback. We never request passwords or account access.

Submitted briefs are used to respond to and scope the requested work. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. Protected client information is handled through account-scoped access controls.

Any provider use, permitted data, purpose, and handling requirements are defined by the applicable agreement and approved production plan. We do not sell personal data.

Terms

Unreal never guarantees advertising performance. On a scoped project the price is a batch price for the creative work, agreed in writing before production starts. On the Performance Plan the price is tied to results. Clients pay only for results, with no separate production fee. An upfront estimate of what making the ads costs is informational. Unreal does not manage advertising accounts, budgets or campaigns; clients keep control of them at all times.

Every commercial term, including any performance fee, is set out and agreed in writing before any work begins. No fee is charged that has not been agreed in advance.

Any external production cost, including actors, locations, creators, travel and licensing, is separate and requires advance written approval. Nothing goes into production, and no scope changes, without your sign-off.

Ownership, reuse, and usage rights for delivered creative are defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Any third-party licence terms, for licensed music, stock, or a named performer, are documented in writing.

Data & cookies

LAST UPDATED: SEP 14, 2026

This site offers optional third-party analytics to measure page views and form submissions. Analytics providers do not load until you accept cookies. If enabled, the separately configured Meta pixel, TikTok pixel and Google Ads conversion tag also load only after acceptance, to measure whether an enquiry or a booked call followed an ad; a browser's Global Privacy Control signal keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences. We limit event payloads and do not sell personal information.

Anything you type into a brief is transmitted to us for the purpose of replying to you and scoping the work. Provider processing and retention terms, when applicable, are defined by the approved production plan and agreement.

A project-specific list of approved service providers and responsibilities is available through the applicable agreement or production plan.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact and brief information at hello@theunrealcompany.com. The applicable system and agreement determine what can be changed or deleted.

Security

LAST UPDATED: AUG 19, 2026

Protected client information and assets use account-scoped, server-authorized access. Security-relevant workflows retain the applicable audit trail.

Protected delivered and in-progress assets use private storage and authorization-controlled delivery paths. Access depends on the applicable client, project, publication, and sharing controls.

Administrative access follows the provider and application controls appropriate to each role. Report a security concern to security@theunrealcompany.com.

Read it. Then let's scope something.

Any of it can be walked through on the call: the agreement, the rights, the data handling.
