Two sentences. Why the creator should care about this product. If you can't write it, you're not ready to brief.
Section 2: The hook bank
5 hook options the creator picks from (or remixes). Never one — never blank.
Section 3: The do-not list
More important than the do list. Filters out off-brand and non-compliant moments before they happen.
Section 4: Deliverable format
Length, aspect, captions, b-roll requirements. Specific enough that the creator can't accidentally deliver the wrong thing.
