AI Influencer Cost

Plan persona setup, content production, usage rights, and ongoing responsibilities before requesting a quote.

An AI influencer budget depends on what you are commissioning: a new persistent persona, content featuring an existing persona, or a campaign with agreed usage rights. For a UMG project, price is defined in the approved scope. Start by separating persona setup, content production, usage rights, and any publishing or platform-management responsibilities.

  • Rights defined in the applicable agreement
  • AI-native production pipeline

What changes an AI influencer quote?

Specify whether the project needs a new persona or an existing approved one, still images or video, and which scripts, voices, scenes, and product assets must be produced. Define the number of creative concepts, variations, finished files, languages, and placement formats. These are different pieces of work; a list of deliverables makes proposals easier to compare.

Separate persona setup from ongoing content

Ask the proposal to identify initial persona design and documentation separately from each content-production cycle. Then confirm who handles scripting, generation, editing, captions, review, and delivery. For repeat work, specify what can be reused, what needs new production, and how additional requests or revisions will be scoped. A software subscription and a managed production engagement assign those responsibilities differently.

Define usage rights and publishing responsibilities

Record the intended channels, paid or organic placements, usage period, territories, and any exclusivity request in the brief. Ask which persona, likeness, voice-model, asset, and handle rights are included in the applicable agreement. Confirm who supplies approved claims and assets, reviews disclosures, publishes content, and manages the channel. Production fees, publishing responsibilities, and campaign media spend should be identified separately in the plan.

Compare proposals against the same deliverables

Use one brief when comparing quotes. Check the concepts and versions included, aspect ratios and lengths, revision rounds, approval steps, asset handoff, and usage terms. Confirm whether publishing or ongoing platform management is included. Ask how changes to the brief affect scope and timing. An estimated total is only useful when you can see the work and responsibilities it covers.

What to send when requesting a quote

Share your objective, audience, product information, approved brand assets, desired persona, intended placements, deliverables, rights requirements, review process, and target dates. Flag any existing assets or accounts the production team would need to use. Request a project-specific plan with the deliverables, responsibilities, price, and delivery schedule documented before production.
