The Refill, Explained Without A Claim
Creative for a refillable system that argues mechanism instead of virtue.

This is a spec scenario, built to show how Unreal Media Group approaches this brief. It is not a client engagement, and no results are claimed. Sustainability creative is where brands most often write a claim they cannot substantiate. The brief was to sell a refillable system on how it works, and to make no environmental claim at all.
What's included
- No environmental claim made
- Mechanism shown, not asserted
- Refill sequence as the hero shot
- Vessel matched to approved references
- Stills for the product page
The brief we set
A hero film and a set of cutdowns for a refillable skincare system: the vessel, the refill, the mechanism, and the ritual of doing it.
Mechanism instead of virtue
Nothing in the set states a carbon figure, a waste reduction or an environmental benefit, because those require substantiation the creative cannot provide. It shows the thing working instead — which is more persuasive and does not need a footnote.
The refill moment is the product
The purchase decision for a refillable system is made on whether the refill looks easy. That is one close, well-lit, well-timed sequence, and it is the shot the whole set is built around.
Vessel accuracy
The vessel, the mechanism and the pack are matched to approved references, since the ritual only reads if the object is the object the customer receives.
What ships
Hero film, refill-mechanism cutdown, vertical and square crops, and vessel stills for PDP.

Frequently asked questions
Was this made for a real client?+
No. This is spec work — a brief we set ourselves to demonstrate the approach and the production model. The frames are ours. No client is named because there isn't one, and no performance figure is quoted because there is nothing to quote.
Why no sustainability claim?+
Because a claim like that needs substantiation the creative cannot supply, and an unsubstantiated environmental claim is a regulatory risk in most markets. Showing the mechanism sells the same thing without asserting anything we cannot support.
What would this cost to make?+
It depends on deliverable count, usage rights, revision rounds and turnaround. Scope is agreed in writing before anything is produced, as a defined batch of work rather than a recurring fee.
